Buying green electricity is easy, just choose the Wind Electricity product when you make an electricity contract.
As an electricity supplier, we must not sell more electricity certified as wind electricity than we have produced or otherwise acquired. Thus, as a buyer of green electricity, you can be sure that wind power is also produced as much as you use electricity.
The origin of the electricity we sold in 2019 was divided between renewable energy, nuclear power and fossil energy sources. Of these, renewable energy accounted for 37,3%, nuclear power 34,8% and fossil energy 27,9%.
The specific emissions of CO2 from electricity sold in 2019 were 153 g/kWh. 0.9 mg/kWh of spent nuclear fuel was generated to produce electricity.
