Season-rate electricity, on the other hand, is used is places where electricity use is high and mostly occurs in the summer. Season-rate electricity has two prices: weekday in winter on the one hand, and any other time on the other. The latter is cheaper. Season-rate electricity is for customers that have metering type based on a difference between weekday in winter or other times. For Vaasan Sähkö, the weekday in winter pricing is valid from 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday during the period from 1 November to 31 March.
