Submit or update your customer information
In the online service, you can submit your customer information or update information that you have submitted earlier.
When was the last time you reviewed the contact information you reported to us? Please check that it is still correct and make sure that you receive all the messages we send in connection with your customer relationship, for example offers and information about changes in the energy sector and other topical issues.
Please note that when you update your customer information to your electricity seller, it is automatically transferred to your electricity distribution company.
How to check your current information
You can check your current customer information, that you have submitted us earlier, in the Vaasan Sähkö app or online service under My information and contact information.
