
Temporary issues in displaying consumption data
We are experiencing temporary issues with the display of consumption data in the Vaasan Sähkö app and online service. We are investigating the matter.
You do not need to report the fault to our customer service.
For at least Tuesday, 21 October, the consumption estimate is showing incorrect readings for several customers. The consumption data is displayed correctly in the Datahub customer portal, and the data has also been correctly transferred to the electricity supplier.
