Some of our customers have noticed a temporary issue in the consumption data in Vaasan Sähkö’s mobile app and online service. The problem is being fixed and does not require any action from customers. The consumption data will be updated automatically once the problem has been fixed.

Update 5 January: Still fixing the problem

We are still working on the issue. Please note that because of it, the consumption data on the following bill might differ from the current consumption data in the app and the online service. The data is, however, transferred to the bill correctly.

Update 8 January: Problem is fixed

The issue has now been fixed. Customers with electricity contracts linked to the spot market may have seen incorrect cost information for the period 29–31 December. The information on the invoice will be updated correctly.
