Did you just receive a customer letter with strange characters instead of the Scandinavian å, ä or ö in the address field? We are currently investigating the cause so that the problem does not recur.

We just sent out customer letters about the transition to 15-minute pricing of spot prices, and about the change in terms that will follow. For some reason, a technical problem has arisen when the addresses have been transferred on the letters, which has caused the Scandinavian å, ä and ö to be replaced with strange characters.
