We are continuously developing our digital services, and during the beginning of this year, we have made several updates and improvements to our online service and mobile app.

Read this article to find out about brand-new features now available, which functions have been enhanced, and what is coming next!

Online: Documents now available

You can now view payment agreements formed from postponed due dates in the online service. Additionally, district heating annual consumption reports are now available for our district heating customers. Other document types will be added to the service in the future.

Online: Metering point ID can be copied

You no longer need to jot down the 18-digit series of numbers one by one; the metering point ID (GSRN number) can now be copied to your clipboard. This means that important customer numbers – metering point ID, customer number, and contract number – are just a couple of clicks away in the Contracts section.

Online: Clearer contract categories

In the Customer number view, you can now see your own contract categories organized more clearly. Different contract types, such as electricity, district heating, and network service contracts, have their own icons, and you can easily search or filter them in the listing.

Mobile app: Push notifications enabled

We can now send push notifications to app users, for example to alert them of unusual events. App users can manage push notification preferences in their device’s settings.

Online and Mobile App: General improvements to notification functions

In addition to push notifications, other types of notifications have been added and improved. For instance, we can send to both services a notification that appears immediately upon login. Users can now see in the notifications and news list which news they have marked as read and which are new.

Coming soon: Update your contact details in the online service

A long-awaited new feature is coming to the online service – the possibility to update your contact details. The feature concerns updating the information we need to reach our customers: email address and phone number. We will inform our customers when this functionality has been launched.

Additionally, we have edited some texts, improved the invoice sorting functions and added some useful links.
