Customer letters going out to Exchange or Basic Electricity, Influencer, and Wind Electricity customers

Within a week, we will send out customer letters to our customers with an Exchange or Basic Electricity, Influencer, or Wind Electricity contract. The letters concern Exchange Electricity and quarterly pricing.

The letters will be delivered by post, email, Kivra or OmaPosti, depending on the channels the customer has in use.
