Customer letters going out to district heating, Basic Electricity, Influencer, and Wind Power customers

By the end of November, we will send out customer letters to our district heating customers, as well as customers with a Basic Electricity, Influencer, or Wind Power contract. The district heating letters concern pricing as of 1.1.2026. The other letters concern quarterly pricing.

The letters will be delivered by post, email, Kivra or OmaPosti, depending on the channels the customer has in use.
