Customer letters going out to Basic Electricity, Influencer, and Wind Power customers

By the end of February, we will send out customer letters to our customers with a Basic Electricity, Influencer, or Wind Power contract. The letters concern quarterly pricing.

The letters will be delivered by post, email, Kivra or OmaPosti, depending on the channels the customer has in use. Please note that the letters sent by email differ from our regular newsletters.
