Consumption data almost in real time in our services – Update for customers in our own network area
You can now view your consumption data in the Vaasan Sähkö mobile app and online service almost in real time. Due to a system update, the information is now visible in our services with about a 60-minute delay, whereas previously the data was updated once a day.
The new functionality is available to customers in our own network area, i.e., those in the Vaasan Sähköverkko area.
The delay in displaying consumption data in our services depends on how frequently electricity network companies provide information to our system. Therefore, customers living in other network areas may experience different delays in the visibility of their consumption data.
