The basic fee for detached houses is calculated once a year in January based on the actual consumption of the previous year. For new detached houses, the basic fee is invoiced based on an estimate until full calendar-year consumption data is available. View the full price list

The connection fee is a refundable payment (with limitations specified in the heating delivery terms), and therefore VAT is not added. *If connecting the property costs Vaasan Sähkö more than 1.5 times the connection fee, the excess amount will be invoiced as an additional connection fee. For property types charged based on agreed water flow, the connection fees are rounded to whole numbers.
