We openly provide you with information on how we manage your personal data, you can review the information about yourself, demand that faulty or inadequate information is corrected and that unnecessary or outdated information is deleted. Right to review
The registered has the right to review the data concerning him/her stored in the marketing directory. The right to review can be denied for legal reasons. The use of the right to review is per se free of charge.
Right to objection and limitation
The registered has the right to whenever he/she wishes object to that his/her data is managed, if he/she feels that the Directory controller has managed the data in an illegal way or that the Directory controller does not have the right to manage the data of the registered.
The right to objection is not valid when managing the data is necessary for the Directory controller to meet legal demands or because of other legal reason.
Right to erasure
The registered has the right to have faulty data corrected or inadequate data supplemented and the right to demand that his/her data is erased from the marketing directory of the Directory controller. The right to erasure do not apply when managing and storing the data in the directory is necessary in order for the Directory controller to follow legislated obligations or because of other legal reasons.
Right to transfer
When the registered him-/herself has provided the Directory controller with information for the marketing directory managed with the given consent of the registered he/she has the right to receive information about him/herself mainly as machine readable text and the right to transfer this information to another directory controller.
Direct marketing restriction
The registered has whenever he/she wants the right to oppose to the usage of his/her data for direct marketing purposes.
Right of appeal
The registered has the right to appeal to the appropriate controlling authority, if he/she feels that the Directory controller has not followed the data protection protocol of the business.
Other rights
If data is managed based on the given consent by the registered he/she has the right to evoke that consent by informing the Directory controller according to part 10 in this data protection description

Review request for personal information
The Directory controller can ask the registered to specify his/her request and verify his/her identity before the request is dealt with. The Directory controller can refuse to follow the request according to the applied legislation.
The Directory controller answers the request within one (1) month upon receiving the request, unless some particular reason prolongs the response time.
