Information about changing your electricity contract

You can change these contracts
You can change an indefinite, non-fixed-term contract to another contract at any time with a change period of 14 days. Our indefinite products are, for example, Basic Electricity, Exchange Electricity, and Influencer. If you are changing to a fixed-term contract, the new contract can enter into force on the following day.

Changing a fixed-term contract
You can pre-order an exchange of a fixed-term contract no earlier than 90 days before the end of the contract period. However, the new contract can only enter into force the day after the the fixed-term contract expires.

How to change electricity contract
Select a new contract from our website and order it to the chosen address. If you are changing to a fixed-term contract, the new contract can enter into force on the following day. Non-fixed-term contracts can only start after a 14-day exchange period.
