Cancellation Right

In order to exercise the right to cancel the contract, you must inform us in an unambiguous manner of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. If the contract is concluded for a new address when you are moving house, and at your request will come into effect less than 14 days later (i.e., before the end of the cancellation period), you will be liable to pay the contract price for the electricity you have used before cancelling the contract.

In other situations, when using your cancellation right, your contract will be cancelled, you will go back to your previous contract, and you are obliged to pay for the electricity you have consumed according to the pricing of your previous contract.

When you use the electronic form, you will be notified by email without delay of receipt of the cancellation notice. In order to comply with the deadline of the cancellation period, the notification of cancellation of the contract should be sent before the end of the period.

If you are currently our customer, you cannot use the form to end a contract

If you want to end a contract that is valid, please contact our customer service.
