
Service interruptions in the app and online service for electricity consumption monitoring during 30.10.–2.11. – The update is being finalized

During a system update scheduled for late October to early November, there may be interruptions in the transfer of consumption data to the Vaasan Sähkö app and online service for our electricity contract customers. The estimated duration of the system update is October 30–November 2. We are informing you in advance because the duration of this system update is unusually long.
What happens during the system update?
During the update, there may be interruptions in viewing your electricity consumption in the app and online service. Service interruptions may affect all users who have an electricity contract with Vaasan Sähkö.
During an interruption, you can monitor your electricity consumption via Fingrid’s Datahub customer portal.
When will the missing consumption data be visible?
The transfer of any missing consumption data will begin retroactively on Monday, 3 November.
After the restart of consumption data transfer, some users may temporarily lose access to October’s consumption data after updating the mobile app. For some users, consumption data is also missing from the app’s main screen. We are investigating the issue and are working to fix it as soon as possible.
